Personal data we process
Prades processes your personal data because you use our services and/or because you provide it to us yourself, for example through the request form. We process: company name, first and last name, address details, phone number and email address.
Special and/or sensitive personal data
Our website and/or service does not intend to collect data about visitors under the age of 16, unless they have permission from a parent or guardian. However, we cannot verify whether a visitor is over 16. If you believe we have collected personal data about a minor without that permission, please contact us at office@prades.nl. We will then delete this information.
Purpose and legal basis
Prades processes your personal data for the following purposes:
- responding to your request for an appointment or samples;
- sending our newsletter and/or brochure;
- being able to call or email you when this is needed for our services;
- informing you about changes to our services and products;
- delivering products and services to you.
How long we keep personal data
Prades keeps your personal data no longer than strictly necessary for the purposes for which it was collected. Requests via the website: 7 years. Job applications: 3 months. Customer contact details: as long as justified under performance of a contract and legitimate interest, up to 7 years.
Sharing personal data with third parties
Prades only shares data with third parties when this is needed to perform our agreement with you or to comply with a legal obligation. Messages sent through the request form are forwarded via Web3Forms, which only uses the data to deliver the message to us.
Cookies and external services
Prades does not use cookies or similar technologies. Fonts are loaded from our own website. On the Visit our showrooms page you can watch Instagram videos. These only load when you click them. Instagram (Meta) may then place cookies; Meta's privacy policy applies to those.
On the News page we show an agenda from De Interieur Club. Its photos are fetched through our own server, so your browser does not contact other websites. Only when you click an event do you go to their website.
Viewing, correcting or deleting your data
You have the right to view, correct or delete your personal data. You also have the right to withdraw your consent to data processing, to object to processing, and the right to data portability. You can send a request to office@prades.nl. We will respond as soon as possible, within four weeks at the latest.
You can also file a complaint with the Dutch supervisory authority, the Autoriteit Persoonsgegevens.
How we protect personal data
Prades takes the protection of your data seriously and takes appropriate measures against misuse, loss, unauthorised access, unwanted disclosure and unauthorised alteration. The website is only served over an encrypted connection (HTTPS). If you feel your data is not properly secured or there are signs of misuse, please contact us at office@prades.nl.
