A Dutch total concept
Prades is a Dutch company with an exclusive total concept for the interior. Alongside our own label we represent a number of remarkable European brands known for their quality and design.
Co-founder Caroline Schrijnemakers came from fashion. She brought her love of fabric and beautiful materials to interiors. In 2001 Prades started as an agent for a few exclusive foreign brands. That grew into an own collection, and eventually into today's total concept: fabrics, wallcoverings, furniture, lighting, accessories and rugs.
We call our style Contemporary Chic. Classic and contemporary mixed together, rich fabrics, deep colours and combinations you would not expect.

What matters to us
Personal taste matters more and more. Feather cushions on leather, a patterned wallpaper next to plain velvet: we help you combine until it feels right.
We choose brands and workshops with craftsmanship and a vision of their own, mainly from Italy, Spain and the Netherlands. We work with natural materials and modern yarns that are strong and colourfast, with care for the environment.
You will find us in our showroom in Son and, for more than fifteen years, at ETC Design Center in Culemborg. There we show the collection the way it is meant: as a complete room.
